Errik Salvador

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering. As an engineer, I learned that the only thing constant is change. I always think nothing is ever good enough. You can always outdo your best effort. I value change because this is what keeps us strive to become better. I am a green belt in six sigma and would want to study to become a master black belt someday. In everything I do I always look for anything being wasted and I think of ways to either eliminate or lessen the waste. I had several process improvements in my 15 years of service in the BPO industry.
