Here's a little bit about my professional experience starting with my most recent client Danette May. 

I started in 2016 as a Customer Support agent. I took care of email support and vetting is part of the role too. I was then given the opportunity to work in the management department where I was responsible in handling a team. 

Along with working for Danette May, I also work with some Ecommerce stores handling their daily emails using Zendesk, Freskdesk, Gorgias, Helpscout with Shopify and all other softwares and websites necessary to get the job done.

I also handled Facebook moderation for these clients and worked as a community manager for Experience project back in 2018.
