While pursuing my engineering degree, I launched and continue to run a successful pastry business, where I’ve developed strong skills in customer service, cold/warm calling, email outreach, and appointment setting. Managing real clients helped me build confidence in handling objections, nurturing leads, and delivering high-quality service under pressure.
To enhance my digital communication skills, I completed the Digital Witch class, gaining hands-on experience with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom, and CRM systems. These tools now support my remote workflow in both business and freelance sales/customer support roles.
My background in engineering gives me an analytical edge, while my business experience has developed my people skills and adaptability.
