I gained my first customer service experience during my time at New Digit Technologies. This solar service company provided solar energy solutions to residential and commercial buildings, and I was tasked with responding to emails, chats, and SMS from potential and existing users of our products. Then I grew my customer service experience at Citizens Disability, An American disability advocacy group that helps disabled American citizens apply for their disability benefits. My role involved interacting with customers who called to check up on their claim status and also called social security to check up on the claim progress on behalf of our claimants. I was also exposed to CRM software such as Salesforce CRM, Zendesk, G-chat, and other Google applications. I gained my first remote work experience during my time at Affordable Home Solutions, where I worked as an outbound sales agent. Here, my role involved cold calling leads to get them signed up on our websites to view homes in their area, while also helping them with the sign-up process over the phone. I also worked remotely as a Telemarketer for NorthStar Insurance Advisors, where I had to market Final Expense life insurance plans to American senior citizens while having to answer every question they might have regarding the process. I always ensure I professionally conduct myself when representing an organization and in my duties, I have demonstrated a convincing leadership ability in receiving customers and managing their complaints effectively.
