I am Maria Erika Gaa, and I am from Manila, Philippines.
I have been a virtual assistant for a real estate investor who is based in California for more than a year now. I am a work from home mom with a 13 year experience in the BPO industry. I've decided to leave the corporate world when I had my baby. I have been a manager myself so I understand the need for an honest, loyal and hardworking assistant who is reliable and can work with minimal supervision and most importantly someone who is willing to be part of the company's success. My backgrounds are the following: operations management, credit card customer service, insurance and real estate investment. My most recent job was working for a real estate investor in California as a virtual assistant. When I started working for him, he doesn't have anything set up yet. I helped him map out his phone and email systems. Setting up everything from scratch was no joke but I was able to pull it off. We've used Jive, Mojo dialler and Eztexting to do lead generation and to cold call potential sellers. The CRM we used was Podio. My daily tasks are as follows: social media marketing, manage Hootsuite and Google My Business, design posters for marketing using Canva, write articles and off-page descriptions for the websites, FB accounts and pages of the business, interact with followers by replying and commenting to posts. I also do research and skip tracing. Direct mail is also part of my tasks. I also do coordination for pre and post sale transactions. The products I've already handled are residential and commercial real estates, multi-family, farmlands and vacant lots. I would say that in a span of a year and few months, I have made a great impact in his business. I am willing and able to provide my previous employer's contact information as my character reference.
I can work with minimal to no supervision at all. Just give me the task and explain to me what needs to be done, and I'll take care of it.
