Job Description:
Bristish people call us to report a fault on their services. As Talktalk employee, I was responsible in assisting customers to avoid inconvenience. After 4 months in Transcom as Technical support representative, I got promoted as Fault Manager even though I haven’t reached my regularization. After 2 months of our promotion, another blast has come into my life. I got promoted as Fault manager/ Case manager which I was responsible in managing the concern of our customers. As FMCM, I was no longer one of the front-liners, but I was the one who dealt with our customer with formal complaints in our services. I was their best advisor. In a nutshell, I was assigned for the final resolution. After reaching my regularization, 2 months after, another promotion has been given to me. I became not just a manager but also a network engineer. The department is also known as the Service Management Center. For this position, I was responsible in knowing the underlying cause of the issue as to why the services were not working. I analyze the trouble report, examine the details, and provide the final resolution which will surely last longer. It was a great experience, indeed. I worked in Transcom for almost 1 year and 3 months.

Job Description:
I was a former teacher in one of the private schools in Bulacan. I had a chance to become a MAPEH teacher for almost one year. Certainly, what I teach is all about MAPEH curriculum. Teaching students beyond my capabilities until the end of the horizon is one of the best experiences I had in life. I was able to handle more than 300 students from grade 7-9. I know for a fact I had not just enhance my students' capabilities, but I had also created their future. I did all the crazy ways of teaching just to see them learning and improving. I dance because I am indeed a good dancer. I sing even though singing doesn’t love me. I finally resigned because I have to focus in LET (Licensure Examination for Teachers). Luckily, I passed it and I am already a licensed teacher.
