I have been working for almost 4 years. I handled and performed different roles such as being a high-school teacher in one of the private institutions, being an ESL online teacher, being a call center agent and on a later part, I got promoted as a fault manager-case manager (FMCM) then I turned as one of the Network Engineers in that line of business within BPO, IT, and Education industries.

In my experience working as a secondary teacher, I have learnt multitude of things that paved way to become an efficient teacher. As a former classroom adviser, I took an active interest in the well-being of each of my pupils. I always treated my students with great dignity and respect and, as a result, I have good rapport with them. I even provided open communication and took conferences with parents for the betterment of my students.

On the other hand, working as an ESL online teacher also helped me to be enlightened with such challenges about what online learners are facing now. With that being said, I have mastered the best ways to teach English language about pronunciation, grammar, business free talks, career progression, job interviews, and exam preparation.

I also have basic knowledge in making presentation with the use of Microsoft office, troubleshooting internet issues, handling customers with formal complaints, basically we call it “customer satisfaction’ and lastly my profession as a teacher which I believe is going to be applicable and beneficial for this job I’m applying for as I can do multitasking and I can manage any elements of stress.
