Érica Magni was raised in Vila Kennedy, in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, and spent half of
her childhood in Roraima. She graduated in journalism 18 years ago. In 2022, she created the
podcast “Rádio-Carta Mulher”, with dramaturgy by actress Joice Marino. In 2021, she edited the
illustrated book “Diário de Área”, developed with indigenous Yanomami people, by
multidisciplinary artist Vera Ifasey. She participated in the collection of poet Paulo Sabino,
"Poesia para Pandemia", published by Editora Autografia, in 2020. She published “Poérica” at
Flip 2019, published by Editora Cousa. She lives in Brazil, in Rio de Janeiro, in Arraial do Cabo.
