Lead the execution the full range of subcontracting activities as per defined subcontract scope within
the Project, such as subcontracted fabrication work, 3rd Party Inspection Services, pre-installation
services, Offshore Marine Services, Manpower Supply for Engineering Services, Medivac Services and
rental of equipment for onshore and offshore use, from Subcontract Plan establishment, bid, award,
monitoring up to Subcontract close out.
At bidding stage, issue Request For Proposal, lead the clarification with bidders, evaluate commercial
Bid Proposals and administer and communicate with Operation Group to ensure all cost impacts – if
any – from technical clarification/acceptance are all captured and considered.
Carry out price negotiation as well as contract negotiation. Lead and communicate with Operation
Group/Legal on the specific requirement/flowdown requirement from the Main Contract with Client,
as well as the particular T&Cs and all exhibits/project specific requirements for the Subcontract
Agreements. Recommend Subcontract award to Management.
Prepare and control all evidences with regards solicitation, award and progress/claims monitoring for
audit purposes, up to the Subcontract close out as per Company regulation.
Upon Subcontract Award, closely monitor Subcontractors’ work progress during Project course, close
communication with Offshore Group and logistics for mobilization/demobilization for import/export
requirement. Verify and endorse Subcontractors’ invoices and claims/variation requests. Initiate
dispute resolution for claims and regularly carry out negotiation with Subcontractors on the additional
Services required for the specific Subcontract Services to maintain the budget.
Negotiate with Subcontractors on the additional services required to be provided by Subcontractor
and issued Change Order (as required). Ensure that the additional services required fit to offshore
operation schedule and within reasonable costs based on the agreed prices and rates in the
Agreement.
Prepare and issue monthly report to Management with regards to Subcontractors’ activities and costs
and provide estimate Subcontract cost at Project Completion.
Coordinate the interface between Client/Engineering/Marine and Subcontractors, prepare reports for
Clients (if required) and Management on the Subcontract performance. Control the recap and record
of Subcontract value against Estimated Subcontract Value for monthly reporting and – for forecasting
purposes – alert Project Management if there is any significant cost impact occurs before invoice
received, aside from the Monthly Report for the Subcontract Progress.

The BSP TIPUC field is located in Brunei offshore with water depth ranges between 30 to 40 m.
The scope of work is all-inclusive, T&I of pipelines, Umbilical and Cables of 1 off 24” CS Line
approx. 80km, 2 off 12.75” of CRA lines approx. 6.5 km and 6 km, installation of cables, 8
lengths of umbilical, tie-ins, and pre commissioning.

2. December 2012 – 2015 : Siakap North Petai Project – Malaysia
The Siakap North – Petai fields are located within 15.1 km northeast of existing Kikeh FPSO,
with the water depth ranges between- meters. The scope of work is all-inclusive,
encompassing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Commissioning
(EPCIC) of 2 off Flowlines (pipe-in-pipe (8” / 12”) with aerogel insulation on 8” pipeline approx.
14.3km each) and 1 off 10" water injection flowline, connecting 4 water injection manifolds
(approx. 14.3km), Risers & Umbilical Package (20km long, 4 static & 1 dynamic) and
Installation of Subsea Hardware and Control .

3. December 2011 – December 2012 : Kikeh Phase 2 Project – Malaysia
The Kikeh Field is located 120 Km northwest of Labuan, East Malaysia, in approximately
1350m water depth (the provision of engineering, procurement, construction,
installation and commissioning (EPCIC) of pipelines & umbilical package and installation of
subsea hardware and control). The Scope of Work involves the supply, transportation,
installation (of 2 x 2.5km production flowline and 2.5km Umbilical Static), pre-commissioning
and commissioning assistance of Static Umbilical complete with Subsea Umbilical Termination
Assembly (SUTA), transportation and installation of Manifold, Subsea Distribution Unit (SDU),
Flying Leads (FL) and Support Structures (Manifold, SDU and Suction pile supplied by Client).

4. Mar 2011 – Aug 2011 : Dai Hung Project (Task Force for Remedial Work) – Vietnam
Dai Hung oilfield is located in Block 05-1A, offshore Vietnam, and approximately 250 km from
the coast of Vietnam at a water depth of approximately 110 meters (the provision of
engineering, procurement and services to tie-in production wells & export pipeline (2 x 4.8km)
in Dai Hung field). The contractual scope includes removal and laying of multiple flexible and
umbilical from a Semi submersible production unit moored in 110m of water, up to an X-tree,
a Calm buoy and a new Wellhead platform.

5. Early 2011 – 2012 : Bien Dong 1 Project – Vietnam
The Bien Dong 1 (BD1) project involved simultaneous development of two gas condensate
fields, Hai Thach and Moc Tinh in Vietnam Blocks 05.2 and 05.3 respectively. The fields are
located in the Nam Con Son Basin approximately 340 km offshore. The Moc Tinh is 20km
southwest of the Hai Thach field, the water depth is from 114 to 118 meters at Moc Tinh field
and from 130 to 145 meters at Hai Thach field (for the provision of transportation and
installation of well head platform including all Hook Up Activities).
