Managing the procurement and subcontract from solicitation up to PO/Subcontract Close Out. Managing commercial aspects from all bids and contractual evaluation prior to recommending the award to the specific Vendor/Supplier/Subcontractor, interfacing with technical and operation requirements, schedule and locations, and an ability to convey legal matters. In particular, through my work in the current Project in Brunei Darussalam, I have become heavily involved in the decision making of the purchasing material or hiring Company for Services locally or source it from other Countries.

Besides the experience of managing the Procurement and Subcontract in a project from solicitation stage until the close out of Contract, I have also developed a monitoring tools in order to provide an accurate input and support for the Project Management Team.

I have also gained extensive experience in contractual matters. My experiences in the Offshore Projects in many countries, to include Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam, has afforded me the opportunity to become familiar with the taxation requirement and planning the most effective costs in sourcing material and services in several Countries.
