 I have worked in the BPO Industry for almost 8 yrs, working as a Customer Service Representative for 6 yrs with the Top 3 cable company in the US, I worked as a VA for more than 2 years from the biggest prepaid dealership partner of T-mobile in America which my main role was to manage prepaid dealers account, process new dealership application and do collections on there unpaid balances. the tools that I commonly use excel to track down application and payments, Outlook for emails and Zendesk Support for Admin task and data entry and worked with as a Home Base Appointment Setter for 1 yr.
