Enrick Mansing

I just recently came home from Singapore after two strong years working with MrYoutiao Pte Ltd – as the Business Manager. Mr. Youtiao is a Food and Beverage business. My tasks include customer service, food & beverage preparation, daily stock checking and re-stocking logistics, equipment maintenance and many other daily operational issues. With my experience from working with them, I worked with different nationalities like Malaysian, Indonesian, Chinese and Singaporean which molded my social skills and flexibility with different cultures. After my contract expired I went back home to my country, Philippines, and hoping i can land a good company basing from my experience and capabilities.

Aside from my recent job experience I also have worked as a Provider Service Specialist for two years handling medical claims, intake, prior authorization, benefits and eligibility, billings with the company United Health Group or otherwise known now as OPTUM Global Solutions. I had been trained to different fields of communication and customer relation.

I also have experience in sales with SPRINT. My task was answering customers inquiries, billings issues, sells services like upgrading data services or home services, account management.

I can assure you that the careful handling , quick response to customers and my acquired knowledge from my previous jobs has provided me the skills that I would bring to this position. I take ownership of task quickly, creative problem solver and with less supervision.

I’m an outgoing person and I love interacting with people, may it be through phones, text or chat. I’m an active listener so I can definitely pick up verbal queues from the person I am talking to. I believe that in customer service, a person should have this soft skill -active listening- to proper address a person’s needs and anticipate what will happen next so you can provide the best solution.

_Aside from being confident with customer service and customer interaction, I also have strong work ethics, great command in the English language (verbal and written) and I’m a creative problem solver. I think these three will help me build your company and establish strong professional relationship with you and the customers. _
