Hello, My name is Enita Briones, I started working for call centers back in 2015 for a small company for technical support. After 5 months the campaign closed, so I decided to move to Sitel Nicaragua in which I started also with customer service and technical support, for me it was easy to give instructions to the customer to fix issues they were having. When I was working for Sitel a friend of mine called me and offer me to start working for Convergys Nicaragua but this time for sales,
I did not have the experience but I am the type of person that if I am given with the opportunity I do my best and learn fast, so I went to apply I got the job for sales, were top performer in in the campaign, I was agent for 1 year then my supervisor convinced me to apply for SME I did and got the position, I was helping new trainees more than 6 months, not only developing their sales skills but working on language barriers they had. After I started working for Concentrix for a campaign with one of the biggest software companies around the world doing technical support as well for some months, then I moved to sales within the same company. I also have experience as an English Teacher since that is what I studied at the university. All of them were pretty good opportunities to get better.
