I’m a Short-Term Rental Operations Assistant with hands-on experience supporting independent Airbnb hosts through remote short-term rental operations. Over the past 7 months, I’ve supported daily operations for short-term rental listings, focusing on guest communication, booking support, calendar coordination, and check-in/check-out processes to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

My responsibilities included responding to guest inquiries, managing inboxes, updating availability, assisting with booking coordination, handling basic listing edits, and following operational SOPs to support efficient property management workflows.

I work with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, and I use tools including Google Workspace, Trello, ClickUp, Hospitable, Turno, and Slack to organize tasks and coordinate operations remotely.

I also completed the Fundamentals of Short-Term Rental Property Search / Co-Hosting certificate from Digital Hospitality Hub (2025), which strengthened my understanding of short-term rental operations, listing management, and guest support.

I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and focused on execution, operational efficiency, and guest experience. I’m actively seeking remote opportunities to support Airbnb hosts and property management teams while continuing to grow professionally.
