I'm passionate about learning new things and working with people in the virtual industry. I believe that my interpersonal skills would help me explore well in this new environment. This year I decided to make a career shift and took the best move. Entering the world of Entrepreneurial adventure is a bold and daring decision that I would never regret in my life. Whatever the reason, making a career shift is an exciting time. I am a continuous learner; as a matter of fact, I just graduated from six-week of intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I attended and completed all the tasks during the training. I learned basic Facebook advertising, chatbot set up and testing, chatbot marketing, social media content and creation, Email marketing, digital marketing, video editing, Email handling and calendar, portfolio website, data entry, and so on. 

Furthermore, I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create and process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales. 

I'm very interested in beginning a career in the virtual industry, as an English Secondary Language Teacher and a former copy editor from a distinguished publishing company, I believe that I have developed the ability to communicate and build relationships with others. Often called people skills, I tend to incorporate both my innate personality traits and how I've learned to handle certain social situations.
