I have a 9 year working experience as a customer service representative and was able to learn a lot in terms of providing a world class customer experience and also do administrative tasks to be able to support the leads to project and analyse data.
I have been a part of numerous projects of Telstra and can work to be able to successfully complete a customer's request such as a account review , discuss a customer's bill; accept, process and complete an order and/or present the company's products and services to successfully offer a lead for a sale. I have also learned a lot in terms of objection handling and is very competent in being able to explain the account's or the order's status.
I also have knowledge in using MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
