I'm associate Graduate of Computer Technician last 2009.
I have 1 year experience of customer service. Attending 3 weeks training of Bookkeeper using QuickBooks and Xero. I've trained also 1week for English Language Proficiency.
As a customer service representative before I do multiple tasks like answering customer inquiries, processing order, receive payment, tracking order. I ensure the customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationship between the customer and the company. I have a good communication skills, time management, active listener, the empathy and the patience as well. I can effectively support my clients, enhance productivity and contribute to the overall success of the business.
I have the mindset and work ethic that any company would value. I'm reliable, teachable and determined to do well if given the chance. I'm a fast learner and very eager to grow and I'm willing to undergo training and follow all company rules. I believe with hard work and focus I can perform well in this job.
