Emilio Rodriguez Zeledon

As an IT Analyst at World Wide Technology, I am a subject matter expert in supporting and integrating multiple web product. I find and implement creative and optimal ways to solve customer, vendors and partners issues. My main areas of focus are Oracle tools such as EBS, Oracle SQL and AG Designer for automation.

I also have a deep understanding of programming languages such as ASP.NET, Python, and C#, which I have used in previous positions to interact with third-party software APIs, create scripts and event handlers, and troubleshoot technical issues. I have led and managed several projects independently and as part of a team, collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues across different levels and functions. 

I am passionate about problem-solving, sharing knowledge, and learning new technologies. I am currently pursuing a data engineering certification at Cenfotec, where I am enhancing my skills in Python, data analysis, and data processing. My goal is to become a data engineer and apply my skills and experience to help businesses make data-driven decisions and optimize their performance.
