I'm an experienced customer success specialist with over 8 years of experience. I consider myself friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a good communicator. I have 5 years of experience working with B2B customers onboarding managers, executives, and business owners. I have worked with SaaS and Web companies like Quora, Coursera, Udemy, and Jivochat.

Providing a mix of sales and customer success processes to create the right environment for them to stay long-term in business. For the last 2 years, I´ve been in a business manager and a project manager role. I have become an expert in customer success by creating a solid path for an incredible customer value journey starting from the acquisition and following a complete process to turn them into promoters. Working with startups has made me a ready-for-the-change kind of leader with the ability to make decisions based on data for the good of the team. 

As a tech enthusiast, I'm always learning and updating my stock of skills and I also enjoy knowing the latest trends in the industry. I consider myself organized and agile. I have advanced proficiency with the major CRMs, Project management software, G-suite, and ticket and phone systems. Basic web development knowledge, Intermediate video editing, and graphic design when necessary. 

Since I was leading the marketing team too, I had to jump into day-to-day processes like design, SEO, and Ads. Being the Ads my primary strength is being able to optimize the PPC for every campaign I have worked for. I have experience in creating SOP, implementing the tech stack, quality assurance, coaching, and KPIs.

In my free time, I like to read, participate in hackathons with my dev friends, attend business or sales conferences, go to the gym, do some lite gaming, and spend time with my family.

I've been married to my beloved wife for 8 years, we have a 6yold boy. They are my inspiration to work as hard and smart as I do. The reason why I commit to success in every project I start. For the next 5 years, I would like to find a passionate project with growing and developing expectations. I'm looking to be part of a meaningful company to positively impact every team member of the organization.
