Hi! At the age of 38, I only worked for 3 Companies so far. My first job was in a Japanese Company (Fuji Electric Phil.) as Sr. QA Inspector. Luckily I was sent to Japan for almost 3 months for a training then 2 weeks to Hong Kong to assist our sub- contractor to inspect out new products. However, I needed to quit the job as I have to leave the country & go to the UAE with my husband to find our luck abroad. Fortunately, I was hired by an American Logistics/ Airline Company named National Air Cargo & worked for 6 years as Forward Operating Bases Admin. Executive & handled more than 200 staff assigned in different bases. My responsibility was not limited to admin task since I worked with the production, I was involved in coordinating with the sub contractors as well as handling confidential paper works. My third job was here in the Philippines as Customer Representative in Concentrix. We are the 3rd party for Sprint. I was assigned to take calls from the customers & resolved their different issues, such as payments, dispute/ refunds, Network issue, different inquiries, Service cancellation, setting- up appointment, unlocking devices, Properly sending a report of Fraud case to Fraud Management Team if applicable and making sure that all customer’s information are confidential
