My name is Emeka, i currently live in Lagos Nigeria. I am Hardworking, friendly and easy going, i assume myself to be a goal driven, detail oriented and exciting person with an excellent communication skill. i am an astute customer service representative with three years of experience in providing excellent customer service, addressing and resolving complex customer queries while keeping strong ethics at the fore front of my goals.

I am Passionate about building strong customer relationship, driving brand loyalty, and increasing customer satisfaction and engagement. I am also passionate about helping orphans and kids with learning disabilities. I love playing the piano, sightseeing and hanging out with my family at the beach on weekends.

I recently worked for Scholason Global Services between 2020 and 2024, where i provided assistance and guide to customers, answered calls and reported complaint to the relevant authorities & updated customer database, made cold calls to customers about company's product and services

i had previously worked for Airtel Nigeria, a telecommunications company, where i engaged in back office issue resolution, close looping and customer base building. i also helped to Improved CSAT and drove Net promoters score while making outbound call to customers
