Elvin Humberto Cruz Campos

Greetings, my name is Elvin Cruz and I’m 46 years old. Happily married with kids. I used to commute to and from work for several hours a day. I recently started to work from home and I believe that it has changed my life for the better. In turn I am more productive, and focused on my career. I graduated from high school, and advanced to college for an applied science degree in electronics. Reaching every goal set forth with maturity and perseverance.

I have worked in the BPO industry for over 4 years. Including and not limited to: Customer Service Representative, Technical Support, Quality Assurance Specialist, Sales, Outbound Cold Calling, Accounts receivable, collections, appointment setting, and generating leads. Proficient in English/ Spanish language with natural accent and excellent grammar. Work with computers with ease and experience with MS office Excel, Word, and Outlook.
