- Sales Agent (ATT) - by the end of the we should sold atleast 5 ATT internet 2 smart phones and 1 U-verse TV
- Technical Support - we cater customer who had technical problems, first we do the basic trouble shooting by restarting and unplugging devices. and then ask the error code they can see on the screen and look for that code what would be the meaning and well fix it in our end but this only for the internet and U-verseTV for the cellphones we ask the customers to go to the nearest ATT store.
- Billing Representative - core of being customer service representative, we cater customer about the complain of their bills, look for a resolution and sometimes give credits if found out it was because of system error, and find something good that the customer will stay long in the company; discounts, promo and free for the first 6 months of use.
- Appointment Setter - we set appointment for installations once we sold a pruduct for U-verseTV and internet and sometimes set appoinment for technical issues like the main box of TV was affected by storm, rain or anything as long as it was not working
