I have 13 years’ expertise in Sales and Customer Service where I’ve gained competencies in Customer Relations building, Adaptability to changes and complexities, Strategic Planning, Process Enhancement & Optimization, Project Management and Leadership skills.

I acquired understanding and familiarity in sales negotiation, handling customers inquires and complaints, order booking until delivery to consignee, inventory management and other related activities when it comes to logistics and distribution which were obtained from my work experience in a Forwarding & Logistics company as well as with a corporation distributing Pharmaceutical products.

Addition to it, I have completed my training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass under Amazon Sellers VA (ASVA). This is a complete hands-on Amazon VA training from product research to inventory management to sponsored ads given by certified Amazon Sellers. Various modules, know-how and tools were developed from this practice and I believe that with these skills, I can contribute more value to clients and customers in growing their business.

I’m also skilled in some system applications like MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Canva, Helium 10, Asana, and Google docs that will be helpful in doing the task that will be assigned to me.

I’m a reliable, responsible, fast-learner and hardworking team player. I always put myself on the shoes of other people to better understand them. Same thing with work ethics, I strongly believe that foundation in a working environment should be built from trust, integrity and credibility to be able to achieved the main objective of the company which is to grow and strengthen its business.
