Elrish Solon

Hi, I’m Elrish Solon from Butuan City and I’m 28 Years of age. I worked as a Cook in the biggest cruise ship which is Harmony of the Seas. This job helps me become stronger and always be positive in life. When I was still onboard, I had the chance to be trained as Dispatcher which we received calls from the guests and crew which needs to be fixed like broken bed, not flushing toilets and other issues related to maintenance. We also need to coordinate with the technicians or the maintenance team who will do the work. We also helped them on their admin duties like work orders. I also worked as a Customer Service specializing billing department. We need to resolved customer’s billing dispute and need to do research before giving the credit. But we need to be sure the satisfaction of our customers on every solution that we gave to them. The work is not only limited to billing. We also gave order status, installation, even troubleshooting. As an employee, I need to do extra mile for the customer’s satisfaction as well to hit my daily target. I’m a goal oriented, I always aim for the best. I am also love challenges, coz for me it would help me to learn new things and enhance my skills.
