I worked as a Travel Consultant in a Call Center setting for 5 years and 1 year as an Accounts Receivable Representative in the same company. In my 6 years, I was able to handle customer service through Phone support, E-mail support and Chat Support. I was also able to handle issuing tickets which is the most crucial part in any travel setting. We use Gmail, Google Drive, Google sheets, etc. and the GDS system we are using is Sabre. So I would say I am an expert when it comes to using the Sabre system. When I was working as an Accounts Receivable Representative, we are using the Alpha Accounting system. I am also very familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
