I had 5 years of working experience. I had 2 years' experience as a customer service representative in a call center. My role is to provide clients with medical benefits aligned to their health insurance policy under Horizon. Moreover, I answer concerns and inquiries from a customer regarding their parcel status, return and refunds on Amazon. 

My last position was as a General Virtual Assistant. My task is answering emails and live chats, doing amazon listings, recording sales, and making phone calls.

I also manage social media platforms such as Facebook page, Facebook Group, Instagram, Twitter, discord, and telegram and attend to all concerns and inquiries. 

In my previous job, I learned how to navigate tools such as Zonbase, Shopify, Amazon, Freshdesk, Freshchats, Marketer Magic, Helpscout, Tawk, MS Office, and Google Sheets and Gmail Suite.
