Ellis Jackson

Economics, internet marketing, and creative writing are my primary interests and the foundation of my skill set. I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2016, earning a Bachelor's in Natural Resource Economics. In addition to working with independently sourced clients, I have taken on creative writing (ghostwriting), editing, audio transcription, data entry, social media marketing, and a variety of other jobs via platforms such as Upwork, Constant Content, and Fiverr. I incorporate the interpersonal skills I honed while working in customer service at Big Y Foods, Inc., where I received several commendations for my work ethic and attention to detail.

I am primarily a freelancer; I offer free-flowing communication, timely service, and high-quality work. I handle every project methodically, constantly seeking new ways to increase efficiency, output, and overall value while building and refining my current knowledge base.
