their global and local marketing strategy and operations. Rebuilt the firm’s positioning and
messaging, website, and collateral, as well as all inbound and demand generation, resulting in a
successful $23 Million dollar raise.
• Acting CMO reporting to the CEO of a Global B2B call center technology company
headquartered in Ireland. The Company, an international provider of call center software
solutions, grew 3-fold over several years due to the implementation of a digital marketing
strategy and execution plan. They are now a well-known brand in the sector and are positioned
for a capital raise and/or merger.
• Acting CMO for a UK based, global User Event Analytics, replay and session data analytics
platform vendor, to quantify digital customer experiences. Reported to the CEO and
repositioned the firm for the U.S. market. Redesigned and implemented a new website and built
a robust inbound marketing strategy and operational organization.
