My name is Ellelin Yap, 26 years old from the Philippine.I have a customer service experience for 2 years and 5 months as a Process Associate. We handle human resources work for employees of United Airlines: Manual Booking and Inquiries regarding policy and procedure for travel.

I am very good at time management. I am very flexible and I can work up to 30 hours a week. I do not complain about shift work or working overtime. I am willing to learn new things and adapt to a new environment, and I am not intimidated by learning new things. I value integrity and commitment.

I recently graduated from an Online Virtual Assistance Academy where I learned
