I have been working as a Virtual assistant for roughly 7 years and have handled different tasks for large companies. I started as a Telemarketer for a real estate company in UK and US, acquired more skills by self-studying. I worked as a General virtual assistant and part of my tasks is to manage admin tasks and customer service. I also worked as a Business manager for a US company and part of my scope of job is to keep a batch record of all forms and documents forwarded to other departments for action, resolve within set service levels by phone, email or through other means of alternative channels all customer queries and concerns on the property, ensure compliance with established work rules and regulations and a lot more.
