I have experience in working as a Customer Service Representative for almost a year. The experience I had taught me how to handle different types of customer and how to properly address different situations.

Task I accomplished with my previous work:

Billing customers with their last minute additional purchase.

Making refunds and giving discounts.

Helping customers with their inquiries.

Helping them with cancellation and purchasing items under their account.

I am a self starter person and has a good organizing skills. I am confident and always giving my best to every task I am doing.

I can always find a way to resolve or address different issues.
