I am Eliza Arcilla, 24 years old, currently residing in Navotas City, Metro Manila, Philippines. I do love reading books especially romantic novel and I also love watching movies or series, especially Korean Drama.
I’ve worked in a repair service center. I’ve been an Admin Assistant, I am responsible in assisting the day-to-day need of the senior manager, preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices and reports to the correspondence. Creating and Editing documents, maintaining filling system both electronic and physical, Manage account and perform bookkeeping, schedule appointment and maintain calendars.
Before I became an Admin Assistant in my previous company, I’ve been also a Parts department Coordinator, and my responsibilities as a coordinator are, maintaining our company’s stock and spare parts, quote prices to customers, manage back orders, ensuring invoices, shipment slips and other billing issues, doing routine inspections of inventory.
And lastly, I’ve been a customer service representative, this was my first position in my previous company before I got promoted as an coordinator and admin assistant. My role as a customer service representative are, providing accurate, valid and complete information to customer. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction, handle complaints and provide best solutions and keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
