I have worked in the Business Process Outsourcing and Call Canter Industry here in the Philippines for almost 6 years as a Customer Service Rep for an Insurance and Financial accounts. Everyday I encounter calls and emails from western clients regarding their concerns, I have worked with both American and Australian clients. My forte is customer service and in my line of work I have been a consistent top employee in regard to customer satisfaction ratings. I am also able to do email and chat support as I worked as a claims officer where we do multi-tasking jobs by taking in calls and answering emails from insurance claimants, and other stockholders of the company.
