I have several years of experience within Hospitality industry. I have
worked in various positions in different departments of a hotel. Each
position has given me valuable and applicable skills for my growth in
business. I am a goal-oriented, well organized and flexible person. I
possess leadership skills such as strategic thinking; I work well under
pressure. I have supervised a small team and I am a self-starter. I believe
that I am a fast learner and I am teachable. Self-development,
education and growth are my biggest motivators. I am passionate about
psychology and my experience in customer service has proven that
effective communication can be formed by the ability to understand
people, be able to read people and listen carefully. Knowledge of basic
