During the last few years of my career I worked in various hotels; I gained my skills working in Switzerland, under Swiss Quality Standards. Within Hospitality Industry I have polished my organisational skills as well as problem solving, effective work delegation and resilience while working under pressure.
Previously working in administration, I executed daily tasks such as phone calls, emails, document preparation, guests check-in - check-outs, orders of materials necessary, creating payments and accepting payments, and communication with guests, and effective problem solving. I have several years of customer-related experience and it has helped me to become more compassionate, flexible and adaptive. I am detail-oriented, self-motivated and open to learning. I also have experience working in a bar and that has helped me to become more persuasive, learn to sell and up-sell products and services; I am also familiar with a wide range of cultures and I have learned different methods of how to approach potential customers.
