Nearly a decade of experience in the Supply Chain field, with a particular focus on
production, manufacturing, and distribution. During that period, I have demonstrated
leadership and proficiency. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I effectively managed a team,

Manage all aspects related to operational execution for both external and internal
proprietaries for efficient function throughout the supply chain network
Monitor and direct KPI’s using ERP & PowerBI to ensure goals related to forecast
accuracy, inventory management, and production efficiency are met
Coordinate transportation of raw materials and finished goods in specification to
international shipping, ocean freight, domestic trucking, LTL and parcel shipments for US
plants across the Bostik network

Schedule production and order materials within ERP based on supply forecasts, and
long/short term demand.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Customer Service, Supply
Planning, Procurement, and Logistics to ensure materials are accurate and available
based on scheduled demand.
Create Purchase Orders using ERP against scheduled demand, monitor supplier lead
times via Fourkites, incoming load limits per day/week, trailer capacity, existing
warehouse space, weather, and other delaying factors into consideration. All while not
causing any disruptions in the production schedule.

network transfers, and quality concerns.
Verify the correct setup of BOMs (Bill of Materials), pricing, and pallet counts, and that
