During the COVID-19 pandemic, I effectively managed a team, ensuring equanimity and stability amidst worldwide supply chain constraints. I directed a comprehensive network-wide allocation strategy to optimize supply management and mitigate potential shortages. All the while enhancing profitability on active business by seeking to improve existing rates as well as exploring alternative cost-effective solutions. I have maintained healthy, resourceful relationships with both domestic and international accounts such as, but not limited to, Energizer, Dolium, Ball, Fixatti, and Boeing.
