I am a freelance translator and customer service agent, highly specialized in Italian and French (native speaking and writing level - bilingual) and English. In my experience I've covered several different subjects, working on e-commerce, websites, tourism, videogames, technical, legal and general topic translations.

I can translate from and to all of the above-mentioned languages, and I also have basic knowledge of German and a Bachelor's Degree in Asian Studies (which includes knowledge of Japanese).

I also have extensive customer care experience, having worked in Rome Municipality's offices, helping tourists in Italian, English and French and as a tech support agent for OMS for 3 years and counting.
