My total work experience had been almost 20 years. I was a clerk for the first seven years and the rest of my career had been with the Business Process Outsource industry. I had worked in various accounts like Telco, Electronic Products, Healthcare and Financial having positions as Customer service and Technical support in various companies.

I am currently working in a Travel agency as a Customer support agent providing email and phone support.

I believe my skills I gained through my lengthy work experience may contribute in a company's growth.
