I talk to them. I figure out what’s actually wrong. Most times it’s not even the product, it’s something small that no one asked about. Credits, replacements, pauses whatever keeps the relationship intact. I’d rather save the sale than write a neat little refund.

If your backend looks like a storm passed through it, I clean it.

Zendesk, Shopify, Gorgias, Monda, I’ve seen all kinds of chaos inside these tools. Missing data, tickets in the wrong place, automations that make no sense. I fix it so you stop wasting hours trying to find things that should’ve been easy.

You shouldn’t be juggling scheduling, chasing updates on Slack, or reminding people of tasks they forgot. You’re supposed to make high-level decisions, not babysit operations. I take all that noise away so you’re not constantly pulled into tiny fires.
