My first job was a sales manager in the pharmaceutical company. My main duty included searching for partners who might be interested in distribution of the medicines we could source. To attract new customers I participated in the B2B tenders and sent them individual mails with price offers that could meet their specific requirements. Another goal was increasing orders of new-found and existing customers - I built up a discount system for each of them for a period of the cooperation. As a result, I increased the sales amount by 30 per cent and increased the company profit by 15 per over half a year.
My interest to experiments in marketing made me the head of the development department in another company of the same field but mainly focused on the medicines and supplements logistics. I was responsible for developing the price policy towards the new customers and implementing the marketing campaigns. My team and I worked on designing brochures and catalogues. I led a project on launching and positioning a new ED supplement manufactured by the company. I was in charge of designing a package and landing page for this product. The product became one of the top-selling items of its category in many supplements shops.
My latest project was a redesign of the corporate site and client’s account according to the modern web-standards and trends. I also worked on developing useful tools for the customers’ needs within the account. Thus, we integrated the shipping statistics tab which showed to customers what shipping methods can be suitable for different countries. I optimized the notification and communications tools inside the account so that the customers could get the information on certain problems or their orders in one click without leaving the account premises.
In addition to this, I developed my writing skills working as a freelance content-writer for the Livingstone Research company – my subjects included marketing, economics, HR, literature, art and some others. Besides this, I helped with promoting fitness blog and posted its content on Facebooks, boosted these posts and created the ads. Currently I am occupied with my own blog dedicated to disco and nu-disco music in the biggest Russian social network and I am trying to enlarge my audience through posting relevant content every day and guest posting in friendly communities.
