Moreover, we are providing Phone support to a Taxi company in Valdosta,GA. Job duties include, dispatching cabs for call in customers, giving price quotes, scheduling cabs for customers, dispatching cabs to possible fairs at Airport and Greyhound bus station according to daily schedules for planes and buses, keeping constant communication with the drivers via messages and last but not least, making sure all the drivers are getting fair numbers of runs through the **Taxi dispatch CRM. **

Furthermore, we are providing personal and business assistance to a Remax realtor in Edmonton, AB, Canada and a Lawyer/Law firm in Los Angeles, CA. Job task includes contacting buyers, sellers, updating property listings, compiling documents like buyer brokerage, offer purchase contract, broker loading, making marketing reports, posting blogs on different sites and of course other admin tasks. In addition to that, we are also providing customer support to a holiday accommodation service where customers request availability of individual properties close to a famous Aussie beach through company website, Stayz accommodation, Rent a home and AirBnB via emails. After proper screening, we forward the info to a level 2 support to finalize the booking.
