He started his career in the executive search, talent acquisition and professional search in 2016 supporting the EMEA, APAC and US region. Experienced talent with a demonstrated history of working in the management consulting industry. Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point, Team and People Management, Training Facilitation, Strategic Sourcing, Management, and Healthcare.

Efren is a Midwife-Nurse by profession and a holder of master’s degree in nursing. With his great sense of humor, character, communication and relevant experiences, he was assigned as the Chief for Marketing and Sales of a Nursing Review Center. He was also part of Concentrix (BPO/IT company) where he worked with the biggest airline in the United States under their mileage program.
