· As an Infrastructure Technology Project Manager, I oversee the full project life cycle of infrastructure initiatives including facility build-outs, renovations, expansions, space conversions, and floor decommissions across Accenture Philippines and Southeast Asia facilities. My responsibilities span from capturing business requirements to solution design, network devices allocation, ensuring alignment with global standards for network, server, and voice systems.
· I lead Data center and LAN room build-outs in accordance with global infrastructure standards, including network devices allocation, infrastructure configuration, technical design validation, and architectural compliance.
· As an IT Project Manager, I guide infrastructure cabling strategies, conduct system audits, manage testing and commissioning and ensure facility readiness. I also facilitate project go-live activities, deliver comprehensive project documentation, and lead the seamless transition of initiatives to business operations.
· I manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle—covering RFP/RFQ processes, PR/PO issuance, invoicing, and accruals—while ensuring technical compliance and cost efficiency.

Tech Architecture (Infrastructure Service Manager)

As an Infrastructure Service Manager, I am responsible for end-to-end technical aspect of the business. Engaged during planning stage, transition, testing and security compliance discussions to meet with Accenture standards. ISM is responsible in making sure all key resources are lined up to seamlessly complete every single the project. These are some key roles and responsibilities of an ISM:
• Stakeholder Management: Manages relationship between Accenture Operations Business and Client/internal IT teams to meet business technology needs effectively and efficiently.
• Serve as SME to support client solutions/facilitate discussions as appropriate in the IT infrastructure/cloud Contact Centre space.
• Work with the support teams to review the existing build (network, IP telephony, Cloud infrastructure etc.) and liaise with business process owners and Technology Operations for a consistent, standard architecture for the contracts.
• Manage the run support model for all IT Infrastructure, networking / voice contracts and cloud migrations/transitions for existing and new deals.
• Manages financial RUN budgets – rigor in periodic tracking and reporting of technology budget forecast, variance, and cost optimization.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding ongoing incidents (severity 1 or 2) and communicate the progress status effectively.
• Participate in root cause analysis with internal teams, vendors, and client technical teams.
