My name is Edsyll Marcasote from Bacolod, Philippines. I am an experienced, skilled and highly recommended customer support. I've been doing this for a decade now, it all started when I started working in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative. I have developed my skills on how to help customers or users in every issue that they have and learned on how to be an effective support. The main goal as customer support is to make them happy and make them satisfied with the resolution that I have provided. I decided to be a freelancer a year ago and continued as customer support to help clients with everything that they need to keep their business, with honesty and integrity.
