Providing administrative link between the various organizational functions has been a guiding light in my career thus far. In my roles, the common denominator has always been the drive to support excellent customer relations through administrative support. One of my professional achievements was the coordination of the office and two other facilities in Lagos. During the process, I accommodated the interest of various stakeholders, observe different information flows while meeting deadlines. The contract was a success and gave the opportunity for other business relations from the same client.
Through my work as an Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant I built a strong record of noteworthy attainments in increasingly more responsible positions. I have a demonstrated ability to handle all aspects of general office coordination; maintain office calendar to organize work flow; answer telephones and transfer to right team member; carry out universal clerical duties such bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing; open and respond to email.
Having worked with various projects at Uppercrest Limited and Nestle Nigeria Plc, I have developed a structured mindset, client-oriented attitude and strong ownership to deliver high quality results. I believe that my background and diverse experience will bring effective problem-solving skills and support the organization’s mission at the same time provide an outstanding opportunity for professional development and personal growth.
