I have experience working before in a B2B Company which sells home furniture. I handled more than 50 emails per day. I do inbound and outbound calls. I process orders manually everyday (Wayfair, sshopify etc). I also make labels for parcel orders in FedEx and UPS. I also make Bill of Ladings for LTL shipments (Freight Club, GTZ, and Schneider). Following up our suppliers everyday for the orders and carrier for the delivery and also rescheduling pickups. And I also do Customer Service duties.

i would like to be a leader in the e-commerce.would like to add more skills to my career by doing research on the internet on many topics that would be of interest to my employer.

My goal is to work in an independent at home environment leveraging my personal abilities and strengths, augmented with the considerable experience and skills achieved through my relevant work history. In my experience as an administrative assistant I have performed data entry and the administration of various databases.

I have also dealt with all incoming and outgoing emails. In working with clients that are often in crisis I have had to use my strong customer service skills as I have had to use great discretion and understanding .I also have the discipline to work well independently. I feel that with my acquired experience I would be an asset to a company and will work hard to meet the objectives set before me.
