As I mentioned above, I have been in multiple industries. Well, I started my career as a post paid Sales Representative in a Telco company and later on handled 5 teams with 10 members each. Since it was a local Telco here in the Philippines, I am receiving local amounts as well. The. I Started working in a BPO industry under Priceline.com which handles car rentals, airline fares and hotel bookings both sales and customer service. Unfortunately I had to leave my job as me and my wife got separated and had to leave the country. From there, I worked as a Travel agent in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for 4 years and was assigned to our billing department for a while and became the most efficient employee of the year even if I was just a borrowed employee for that department. In 2018 my mother passed away and had to head home and went back as Billing support for Comcast, as we all know being a Billing Rep for a cable company is not an easy task and must have various skills not just customer handling but you must have a deep analytical skills, such as Critical thinking, problem solving, research & comparison, complexity skill and resolution delivery. I also had a health care experience under GE Healthcare as a call manager, which handles multivendor accounts, what I usually do there is to coordinate with the vendors, hospitals, clinics, manufacturers, technicians and engineers. I also worked as a Claims specialist which handles total loss claims under lossexpress.com. What I do there is to coordinate with the financial institution who grants the vehicle loan and to our insurance counterparts, adjusters and all. With all these experiences that I had, rest assured that I will be able to adapt and provide wonderful results in a short perios of time and become an asset to the company
