I have been working as contact service representative for thee majority of my working career and was assigned to various accounts. I started as a technical sales representative for a cable, phone, and internet company operating mainly in the State of New York (Time Warner Cable) and was transferred to a B2B account (Amazon UK). My main responsibility to as a chat and email support for Amazon UK was answering emails from customers assisting them in tracking the whereabouts of their orders, assisting them in filling claims for Amazon sold products and from third party vendors. I was then assigned to a cable, phone, and internet company operating on a majority of the states in the West Coast (Comcast). I was initially assigned to take care of our field technicians (Dispatch Support), taking care of activations and modification of orders when necessary per customer's request. Later on, I was assigned to Tier 2 working on repair tickets, assisting customers doing self installs, occasionally processing order modifications. After over nine years at the same call center company, I was able to find a new career in freelancing and the highlight of my career was with Embry Health which was pop up company during the height of the COVID pandemic. I was a member of the Operations support team and we were involved in onboarding and offboarding employees, gathering employee submissions from survey forms (Supplies Count) logging data gathered onto excel sheets sending order requests to replace stocks. I was also involved on other ad hoc tasks for HR and General Operations. After Embry Health, which ended after the pandemic, I managed to land another contract as a Junior account manager for a New York basked company mainly selling engine computers (Flagship One). I was involved in customer service, fulfilling orders from the company website and eBay through the company CRM, Zoho.  As a Junior Account Manager I was also responsible in creating quotes for individual car owners and repair shops, follow-up with them, and turn them into a sale. We were also tasked to call suppliers for ordered items that are out of stock and lastly involved in assisting customers in filling for warranty claims. This project lasted for 6 months and ended due to a decrease in order volume due to the holidays. Lastly I was also able to work a clinic operating in Tarzana California as a holiday helper contractor assisting in answering patient calls, managing the email queue, booking appointments after insurance verification, sending of of doctors orders to our patients and facilities through their electronic health records system.
